The English word “respect” comes from the Latin word meaning “to look back”. That is why the EASEL's bull has faces at its heart, looking both toward each other and forward.

Most problems are emotional, relational, unintentional, and caused by stress. My work focuses on HOS, emotional and relational intelligence, and stress management.

As the founder and trainer of EASEL® methodology, I love facilitating workshops and retreats that empower people personally and professionally.

I help individuals regain balance, couples repair their relationship, and organisations address the human side of performance and mental resilience of their executives and other key personnel. To deliver results, I combine my extensive experience, mindset & performance coaching, systemic (crisis) supervision, psychotherapeutic depth, EASEL® (applied EQ training), and social neuroscience into an interdisciplinary, evidence-based approach tailored to each client's needs.
