Linda Mustonen
I am a mother of four daughters, a spouse, a part-time musician, and much more.
Professionally, I have extensive experience as a special education teacher in early childhood education, EASEL Trainer, and a coach/supervisor. A few years ago, I also graduated as a special education teacher (M.Ed.) and have taught in a primary school.
My particular interest – whether working with children, young people, or adults – is interaction and its impact on the quality of learning, the development of children’s and young people’s emotional skills, and overall well-being. Supporting and maintaining professional well-being is another passion of mine. They go hand in hand, and both rely on strong social and emotional skills.
At ET, I provide parenting support, as well as EASEL-based coaching and training for professionals in early childhood education and primary education, workplace communities, and line managers. I also host parent evenings at schools and kindergartens, and as one of the EASEL Trainers I co-facilitate EASEL Facilitator and Leader programs.
