The English word “respect” comes from the Latin word meaning “to look back”. That is why the EASEL bull has faces at its heart, looking both towards each other and forward.

My most important “hats” are those of a mother, grandmother, spouse, friend, colleague, and a guide for my clients. I have a traveler’s soul and have lived for years in metropolises on two continents but my dearest place is my home in Finalnd, Savikko Farm, where nature, horses, sheep, and dogs are our co-workers, friends, and family members. When I gaze at the landscape, listening to birds sing, I believe I understand what R.S. Lazarus meant in his book Passion and Reason that the happiness evoked by aesthetic experiences is also a pathway to gratitude and compassion.

As a coach, EASEL Trainer, and psychotherapist, I work with a wide range of clients: adults, young people, and families from different cultures and life paths, as well as professionals, line managers, and teams from small businesses to international corporations across various industries.My qualifications include: M.Sc., teacher with pedagogical studies in special education, solution-focused coach / group supervisor, CAT brief psychotherapist, couples (EFT) and family psychotherapist, EponaQuest Instructor, riding instructor.
