The English word “respect” comes from the Latin word meaning “to look back”. That is why the EASEL's bull has faces at its heart, looking both towards each other and forward.

Most problems are emotional, relational, unintentional, and caused by stress. My work focuses on emotional and relational intelligence and stress management.

I help individuals regain balance, couples repair their relationship, and organisations address the human side of performance and mental resilience of their executives and other key personnel. To deliver results, I combine my extensive experience, mindset & performance coaching, systemic (crisis) supervision, EASEL® (applied EQ) training, psychotherapy, and social neurosciences into an interdisciplinary, evidence-based theory-in-use.
