Received and confirmed bookings to workshops and training programs, to therapy and coaching sessions and orders of services can be cancelled according to the following terms.
Cancellation before booking period ends is free of charge. After the stated final application date or agreed confirmation date 50 % of the full fee is charged and 100% if the cancellation is done less than 7 days before commencement of the program, the participant doesn’t show up in the training or quits during the program. In case of long training programs, if the participants cannot continue due to medical reasons or major life changes, s/he may continue the rest of the program with the next group but EASEL Training will have the right to invoice the full fee as originally planned.

A qualified substitute may be enrolled in a participant’s place provided we are notified in writing before the first day of the program / service. However, two or more participants may not share a place in workshop or training program.

Therapy and coaching sessions may be cancelled without charge 7 days before the booked time and EASEL Training cannot offer a suitable substitute time. In case of cancellations during the week of session or failure to attend or cancel at all we charge 50% of the session fee.

In case of tailored training programs, lectures, and other services booked for a set client group, cancellation after confirmed booking is 50 % of the full fee up to one month before starting date. A service that is cancelled during the last 30 days is charged in full.

All cancellations must be made in writing via e-mail.

If EASEL Training changes the date or location of a training program, workshop or other service, we will try to give our clients as much advance notice as possible of any such change. If the participant is unable to attend at the revised location or dates, we will refund 100% of any prepaid fees. However, we will not be liable for any other costs incurred including (for example) travel charges or any consequential damages, even if we were advised of them.

If EASEL Training has to cancel a training program, workshop or other booked service for any reason, ET will refund 100% of any prepaid fees, but we will not be liable for any other costs incurred including (for example) travel charges or any consequential damages, even if we were advised of them.

Participation in open training programs and workshops is charged prior the course starts. In case of long programs the fee may be divided by mutual agreement and the first part is invoiced before the course starts.

Therapy and coaching sessions are paid each session or monthly as agreed.

VAT is charged according to Finnish legislation.
