Fees

Travel Costs Based on Fixed Zones (One-Way Trip):

• Zone 1: Capital Region – €60
• Zone 2: 100 – 200 km – €150
• Zone 3: 201 – 300 km – €200

For longer trips, actual costs will be charged, and half-day rates apply for any separate travel days.

Client Invoicing

The payment term is 14-21 days, with a 7-day notice period, unless otherwise agreed.

VAT will be added to prices in accordance with the applicable tax rate, except for B2B ( reverse charge, Article 44 and 196, EU VAT Directive) and psychotherapy (VAT 0% exempt health care service under § 35, Finnish VAT Act)

Cancellation Policy

Unless otherwise agreed, the order can be canceled free of charge at least 14 days before the event. If cancelled later, 50% of the price will be charged. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event will be charged in full, excluding travel costs.

Exceptions apply to remote supervision, coaching, and psychotherapy sessions, which can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the session. After that, a €100 cancellation fee will apply.

If the assigned professional is unable to attend due to sudden illness or any other unforeseen and unavoidable reason, EASEL Training will notify the client immediately and strive to arrange a replacement EASEL Trainer via remote connection or, upon request, reschedule the event. In the case of rescheduling, EASEL Training is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by the client.

If no replacement can be arranged and rescheduling is not possible, the client will receive a full refund within 24 hours.
