EASEL® has been proven by studies, to be an effective form of experiential Emotional Intelligence coaching, which in all its complexity and strong scientific basis, is actually quite simple. It helps us study who we are, and what happens in social interactions, in the office and at home. EASEL® is a provenly effective model for coaching Emotional Intelligence, and Mari developed the first iteration of it in the late 90s. It has been developed to meet the demands of today’s professional life, school world, social services and health care. It aims to increase the quality and effectiveness of interpersonal work, and to move people from coping to thriving.
ET is a family company founded in 2011, and three of the four owners work in the company. In addition, our network of trainers includes all the professionals, from various fields, that have gone through our 2-year EASEL®Coach or 3-year EASEL®Trainer programs. One of our principles is, that all our trainers continue to actively contribute to their own professional fields, for us to maintain our expertise on what we are coaching.

Savikko has the appropriate facilities, beautiful nature, horses, sheep, dogs, art studio, a bouldering wall etc. First and foremost, Savikko provides a serene and beautiful environment, with the professional support to be alone or together, explore and learn, wonder and understand, find and be astonished, grieve and let go, talk and figure out, laugh and cry, or be cranky, sit quietly and do stuff. Through interacting with others, you can learn more about yourself and yourself in relation to others, the dynamics of social interactions, and all the things that affect how people and animals react to in given situations.
